Faulty Returns
We thoroughly inspect all products before being sent to our customers to ensure a high level of quality in the products being purchased from us.

• Manufacturing fault
• Product damaged
winkle.co.in will accept Return of a product only if the following conditions are met.
1. Return should be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
2. The tags on the product should be intact.
3. The product should be unwashed, unused, unaltered and in an undamaged condition.
4. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
Refund:
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of winkle.co.in.
We are more than happy to compensate you for this inconvenience. A refund will be processed within 7 working days

SHIPPING
We ship within India & worldwide from our Hyderabad office via DTDC & DHL. Once your item has been dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
winkle.co.in cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

We normally takes 4-6 weeks processing time. All items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements. Some of the items are already in stock & fits your measurements and they ship much quicker. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please contact us at info@winkle.co.in
TRACKING
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. You will also receive another e-mail once we have verified your payment details.
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status on courier site provided by inserting the tracking number supplied.

We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, we will let you know about if & when they arise through email & phone call.

All prices of the products on the website are quoted in INR and do not include delivery charges. Additional costs of handling like freight charges, custom duties, taxes and levies will be borne by the buyers.
